Own the voice of the consumer & deliver compelling insights to inspire product innovation and help drive revenue as you work with a variety of beloved food & beverage brands that you know and love. You will be part of our North America focused team that includes Marketers, Product/Sensory testing experts, Communicatons & Creative Designers. We collaborate across Business Development, Sales and Product Development to add value & closeness for our external customers as we help them identify trends and new products that delight.

Your key responsibilities
• Develop consumer insights in support of the North America Taste Division for US clients and US-based global clients that includes designing, conducting, analyzing, and reporting results on primary research studies relating to food and beverage
• Leverage a variety of consumer research methods including U&A studies, concept testing, consumer segmentation, product benchmarking. taste validation, social listening and qualitative explorations to deliver compelling insights and identify product innovation opportunities
• Extract insight from secondary data sources (Mintel, Euromonitor, etc) to add value and thought-leadership for our internal and external customers
• Interact, present and share thought leadership with our customers on a regular basis
• Blend consumer understanding with product evaluation findings to elevate our understanding of the intersection of product performance and human behavior

You bring
• Bachelor's degree required in either Consumer/Market Research, Consumer Science, Market Research, Psychology or Analytics. Master’s Degree preferred
• Manager (3+ years of experience)/Senior Manager 7+ years in consumer research/insights/analytics at a Flavor House, CPG Company, and/or Marketing Consultancy
• Strong ability to work in a team setting to deliver impactful insights and programs
• Passion, a natural curiosity and the desire to make a difference for our business and our customers’ brands
• Solid statistical knowledge needed. Experience with statistical packages used by Consumer & Market Research including SPSS, ExcelStat, JMP and/or SAS a plus
