As an experienced Business Development Director, you will support and contribute to the overall growth of the North America Beverage Business in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your key responsibilities
• Lead strategy, develop and execute category business plans to ensure BU meets growth and profit targets.
• Contribute to the overall growth of North America Taste & Beyond Division by managing and driving growth and profitability in the respective categories.
• Apply strategic thinking to identify new business opportunities, prospect customers and explore new business models relevant for the categories.
• Be a strategic partner to Sales, demonstrating strong business acumen and actively engaging with customers at all levels.
• Provide leadership and direction to the category team composed of Applications, Creation, Marketing and Consumer Insight to ensure successful execution of strategic plans.
• Foster team collaboration across teams and other departments.

You bring
• Bachelor’s degree. 10+ years’ experience in a business development role in a related field/industry. Proven experience across a variety of Beverage Segments, with experience in alcoholic beverages desired.
• Strong cross-functional partnering, strategic relationship building and communication skills.
• Absolute customer focus, solid project management and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization, fast paced environment with tight deadlines while managing multiple projects and initiatives.
• Ability to travel-approximately 50% domestically.
