Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, consolidate and analyse market data from different sources on business potential, market shares, market dynamics and untapped opportunities
  • Desk research and reports on market players, brands and product categories
  • Analyse profitability of existing and potential business
  • Support the elaboration of business plans and financial business cases for new projects/investments
  • Deliver pricing and costing analysis to help define the pricing strategy with sales, creation, innovation, business development and marketing
  • Result tracking and analysis vs performance KPIs ( sales, profitability, vitality..)
  • Contributes to budget process


We Value:

  • Business School with business finance proficiency
  • Experience / training in business analysis, business development and/or marketing
  • Advanced Excel level and ability to learn and master company IT tools and external data sources  
  • Fluent in French and in English
  • Experience in FMCG or BTB, ideally in the fragrance or cosmetic industry
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills, team player, curiosity, initiatives
