GREW Hard Services Lead North & South Europe

As a hard services Lead, you will be responsible for the implementation of the maintenance strategies for the non-industrial locations. You will manage third parties in charge of the preventive & corrective maintenance of our buildings. You will have the opportunity to work with business leaders, internal customers, strategic partners, and other key stakeholders.
As Hard Services lead for the sub region or site, your main mandate is the effective and efficient delivery of all maintenance services, projects and solutions for the non-industrial locations.

Operational & Financial Contributions:
- Lead and implement the maintenance strategy at sub region or site level in a manner that maximizes GREW’s contributions to the achievement of dsm-firmenich’s business objectives, profitability, and return on investment.
- Be responsible and accountable for both preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings and assets.
- Plan maintenance activities to minimize business disruptions and maximize utilities availability
- Monitor energy & utilities consumptions (electricity, gas, oil, compressed air, steam, lab gases…) and organize energy conservation campaigns.
- Plan and execute minor capital projects within the building maintenance framework.
- Conduct maintenance quality audits to ensure that the delivered service is in line with the defined SLAs
Strategic Contributions:
- Develop, maintain, and elaborate a long-term Facilities Maintenance strategy in line with the global Asset Strategy expert.
- Optimize key relationships and alliances with stakeholders (e.g. business partners, internal customers, strategic suppliers, & other FM networks) to take full advantage of efficiencies and synergies.

You bring
- A master’s degree in engineering or in a relevant technical field (mechanical, HVAC, electricity, maintenance…)
- Proven experience in hard services management in a multinational environment including offices and laboratories.
- Minimum 5 years in an FM (Maintenance) role is a must.
- Budget management and cost control experience in OPEX and CAPEX
