Sales Project Coordinator


Location: Paris, France


Key Responsibilities: 


Their mission is to support sales executives to manage efficiently their accounts and projects by coordinating the flow of operational activities and commercial processes, in line with guidelines, procedures and timelines. In depth capacity in systems and computer literacy.


  • Maintenance of the projects in the informatic system (follow-up, update, creation) (ATLAS, SAP, CRM)
  • Be the owner of the accurate client data in the system (price and contact) . In daily contact with the customer care to follow-up on orders and payment.
  • Administrative follow-up of the business records and demands (regulatory document)
  • Day-to-Day coordination with the French and Global internal teams to ensure the progress on projects (production, customer care, labos, quality)
  • Support in demands of samples (from labs and factories) and dispatches them to the clients.
  • Support to the marketing and evaluation team
  • Build and maintain customer relationships (back office) at defined level


We value:


  • High school and 2 years technical degree or equivalent in sales or sales administration 
  • Master Office, Outlook and Informatic system (SAP, EXCEL)
  • French and English language. 
  • Good understanding of the business and of the sales mission and roles
  • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationship with clients (mainly remotely) and with all functions internally
  • Organization and rigor
  • Quality and continuous improvement orientation
