Job Title: Global Account Director

Location: Neuilly-sur-Seine, France


Key Responsibilities:


Lead on of the major Global Body Care and Hair Care account .


  • Leading the business strategy and growth as well as the account team
  • Building and deploying multi categories, cross regional account strategies
  • Establishing Firmenich as the clients’ key partner
  • Managing a team of 4 people (team based in Paris) and dotted line management (account managers in different countries)
  • Developing strong network within customer to result in successful long term business relationship
  • Seeking new business opportunities along the entire value chain, including disruptive type of innovation
  • Driving fragrance development projects together with the client fragrance experts and all internal partners ( fragrance development managers, perfumers, marketing, consumer insight, innovation, technical, green unit) : proactively on all key brands and as per client briefs


 We value:


  • Over 10 years of successful experience in the fragrance industry, with a strong drive for results
  • Master degree or equivalent
  • Fluent French and English
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
  • Ability to develop successful client relationship
  • Ability to deal with ambiguities
  • Strong business understanding of fragrance world, passion for fragrance and beauty
  • Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Good and motivating team player
  • Fragrance development experience will be a plus
  • Advanced Sales and Negotiation skills
