Consumer Insights Operational Analyst

Location: Paris, France

Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the execution of cross-category CI studies with the help of internal digital tools to answer internal and external client needs.
  • Participate in the statistical interpretation of the data and the delivery of actionable recommendations.
  • Support the team in its administrative duties and contact with agencies (prepare quotations and invoicing, maintain documentations).
  • Provide ad-hoc back-up support to other team members (i.e. holiday coverage) and help improve internal processes and standards
  • Cooperate with both internal (labs, development, sales) and external (agencies, clients) partners, regionally and globally.
  • Occasionally run internal panels to satisfy brief requirements or client demands
