Commercial Assistant EMA region - CDD



Follow up on client projects
- GRS/Cristal link for Regulatory documentations concerning projects and client requests 
- Files and maintains client agreements, contracts, rebates, confidentiality agreements; 
- Coordinate pricing requests under defined European model per KSA. Updates pricing file and SAP where needed.
- Provide general Admin support to KSA                                                    
- Responsible for placing sample orders and customer communication of follow up
- Link with Customer Care to ensure data availability and validity
- Opening of Action Reports for projects when needed        
- Back up of Global Project Coordinator              


We value

Bac+3 Bachelor's degree in sales administration / international trade (Bac+2 obtained)
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge of the internet and the Office pack (particularly Excel)
- Good communication skills
- Rigorous, organised, proactive
- Ability to organize and anticipate
