CX Supply Chain Customer Success Director

By joining our new winning global customer experience team in Paris, you will play a key role in creating a unique experience for our customers. Your entrepreneurship with a natural client intimacy will help us to delight consumers with iconic product leveraging market-differentiating capabilities for our customers.

Your active listening, large network and strong market understanding will help you to understand the customers’ and consumers’ needs and develop new internal/external partnerships to create more value for them.


As an ambassador and a strategic advisor, you will be accountable for the end-to-end experience of our key global accounts to deliver emotional experiences and enable growth. This includes global accountability on supply chain performance partnering with our customers to ensure full alignment on all topics throughout the product Lifecycle from new product introduction to collaborative planning, business continuity and SLA management.


As an expert in Sales & Operations processes with a focus on problem-solving, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement action plans & digitization in fast and disruptive ecosystems and environments.

We value your:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or a related field
  • MBA, master’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
  • 5-10 years experience in customer-facing supply chain, commercial or a related function in a global context
  • Hard skills: Business acumen, client relations, market understanding, sales & Operations, crisis management, continuous improvement, storytelling
  • Soft skills: Influencing & persuading, networking, client intimacy, strategic mindset, problem-solving, active listening, emotional intelligence
