Fragrance Development Coordinator - New York City,

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Launches Management- This includes being the key contact for fine fragrance purchasing, gathering and sharing new launches information, coordinating their olfactive classifications, uploading the gathered new launch information into our internal database.
  • Finalist Meetings- Coordinate sampling, reviewing and documentation of submissions in FIRCITY and FIRPAR
  • Collection-Assisting in the administrative maintenance of the Collection, facilitating Collection meetings, and feeding the Collection with new and fresh ideas
  • FDM Team Support- Admin responsibilities include: pulling fragrances for perfumers, FDMs, sales, and marketing, making samples of new launches, maintaining the fragrance refrigerators, requesting office supplies, preparation for olfactive trainings, provide skin to FDMs and perfumers to smell fragrances 
  • Providing administrative and secretarial support to the VP FF Development


  • High school diploma or equivalent, College degree preferred. 
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word and Power Point is required.
