Account Associate - NYC, NY

Key Responsibilities:

•As a part of a successful commercial team, you will lead proactive and reactive brief management to ensure we have winning fragrances and the product knowledge to be successful.
•Build and maintain client relationships product development, marketing, & operations teams
•Management of customer projects and submissions with fragrance development, perfumers and lab
•Provides general administrative support, including preparing for meetings and client submissions. Performs other related duties as assigned, including managing messenger/shipments/reports as requested and coordinates samples and documentation for customers, including safety and regulatory documents
•Act as an interdepartmental coordination specialist (liaison with Labs, Creative and other teams as required)
•Respond professionally to internal and external inquiries using systems knowledge, creative investigation, innovative follow up and problem solving techniques. 
•Maintain multiple databases and other systems to drive operational timelines and production, including SAP
•Create analyses leveraging reporting systems tracking sales, trends, and identifying opportunities
•Partner with the planning team to manage forecasting and pre-production planning
•Hold internal teams accountable for meeting deadlines and adhering to processes with support of manager
•Identifying key internal resources for specific needs to problem solve.
•Proactively managing timelines with fluid follow up throughout project lifecycle.
•The ability to prioritize tasks and organize day to day project work with detailed records for future review.
•Maintain and update systems according to project

 

Requirements:
•Associate Degree required. Bachelor’s Degree Preferred. 
•3-4 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment within the beauty/fragrance industry is a plus
•Experience with MS Office and working with complex computer systems
•Ability to multi-task, solve problems and work in a fast pace environment
•Good communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service
