As a Design Manager, you'll craft a wide range of on & offline content, manage projects coordination, collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors, and deliver creative solutions in line with brand guidelines. You'll also be part of innovative media initiatives for our Fine Frargance business.

Your key responsibilities:
- Design and conceptualize a wide variety of both on & offline creative content such as presentations, posters, brochures, invitations, packaging, print collaterals, visual display cases, digital newsletters, webpages, social posts and video media storyboards
- Manages design projects’ project coordination and deliverables, including the sourcing and purchase of materials.
- Collaborates with cross functional teams and outside vendors/freelancers on the design layout and creative execution of project briefs
- Design creative solutions that incorporate the latest trends but still fit within Firmenich and client brand guidelines
- Coordinate and manage video content and production including but not limited to providing production storyboards/guidelines, setting display, communicating with relevant production and cross-functional teams. Ability to produce content and editing/post-production may be required on occasion.
- Collaborates with the Global Design Team on proactive initiatives to bring relevant tools, creative ‘out of the box’ design approaches and innovative media initiatives into practice for the North American Fine Fragrance business.

You bring:
- MS Office Proficient. High level of design expertise in Powerpoint is a must.
- Graphic design sensibilities and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite experience (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects or other graphic design/video editing tools). Photography and Videography experience a plus.
- Proficient working on creative content for various formats (Digital/PowerPoint, Packaging, Video Production, Displays, Print, etc.)
- Creative self-starter with a high attention to detail and excellent interpersonal, organization, time management and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work onsite in our NY office 3-4 days per week or as required
- REQUIRED – Bachelor’s degree in fine arts/design with 3+ years of relevant experience in creative agency or in-house creative department
