Account management for a Key Global Customer on a Personal Care brand with the objective to Lead Global Account Plan & Brief Management , drive growth while orchestrating a Global Client & Internal network.

Your key responsibilities:

• Develops, communicate and implements account strategy in alignment with overall business objectives, in order to maximize sales targets.  
• Define & Drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with regional commercial & category leaders to defend existing business and to capture new business opportunities in the region, to ultimately drive revenue growth at a sustainable margin .
• Responsible for relationship building with regional and global key stakeholders, both internally and externally.    
• Build a solid understanding on rapidly changing consumer needs with the CI and development team and successfully translate the insights into winning solutions for the customer.

You bring:

Industry experience of managing Key Accounts with about 12-15 years of experience in perfumery or allied industries. MBA preferred.
