You will be part of the global commercial team and be a key interaction amongst all key players (Sales, Creation, Consumer Insights)  to ensure projects are run efficiently. Managing projects which results in winning targeted new business.

Your Key Responsibilities:

•    Represent the Global account in the India affiliate and act as the interface between the local teams and the global network, for the account-related topics for Home Care and Beauty Care total categories. 

•    Support Account Managers, Perfume Development and Consumer Insights from project start to finish so that all needs of the client and project are met on time. 

•    Ensure smooth and strong communication flow across departments and teams, Leverage resources efficiently & effectively against projects and tasks.

•    Coordinate and follow the local execution of projects with all teams involved, in an efficient manner and timely as per the expected deadlines.

•    Prioritize and manage the flow of daily workload making certain the needs of the client are the top priority.

You Bring

• ​​​​​​​Minimum 6-8 years’ relevant experience in commercial/operations roles. MBA preferred.
• Attention to detail, sense of excellence, ability to work with precision, structure, and discipline in day-to-day execution. Good project management, strategic skills, and good business acumen.
• Positive attitude, flexible mindset, Time management Skills
• A curious approach to problem-solving, fueling innovation by seeking new solutions and perspectives.
