Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing the marketing support for the major international clients represented on the Russian market
  • Providing the marketing support for major local clients (establish contacts with key marketing people among clients, pro-active presentations, portfolio’s analysis, trend’s seminars etc.)
  • Providing the local  support to the global consumer market insights team, participation on local CMI activities
  • Become the expert of the fragrance market, analyzing brands & market trends
  • Liaise with Marketing counterparts in Firmenich affiliates (assist with market sample requests from other countries; be the contact person for any perfumery marketing related activities, help cross fertilize global market trends for local market)
  • Attend & represent the company in relevant marketing seminars & conferences


We value:

  • A degree in Marketing (business school or university) – at least 3 years work experience in B2B marketing
  • Creative brainstorming skills, dynamism, flexibility and organization
  • Knowledge of the perfumery market/Passion for perfume
  • Ability to work under tight time pressure/ability to handle multiple projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (presentation, verbal and written)
  • Excellent computer proficiency and Microsoft Powerpoint, Word, Excel.
