General Manager&Sales Director Norway

Location: Oslo, Norway

Key Responsibilities:

  • 90% focus on Sales 
  • Develop long-term profitable and sustainable business for our ingredients with the largest companies in Norway 
  • Prepare and keep updated the yearly budget for each customer 
  • Regular visits to the target customers  and arranging regular visits of our Technical Expert to the customers 
  • Keep regular contact with our R&D Department 
  • Arrange visits in our head quarter in order to run technical tests, seminars and customer visits
  • Lead the company (manage 5 people and a pilot plant) and perform competition analysis


We value:


  • Native level of Norwegian and excellent command of English 
  • Ideally a Food / Meat Technologist Degree 
  • Several years of experience in manufacturing industries (especially meat) and proven skills in meat technologies and ingredients application 
  • Solid experience and proven track record in sales, drive for results, with competitive mind-set 
  • Self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Available to travel 50% of the time
