Customer Care Representative


Location: Midrand, South Africa


Key Responsibilities:


  • To coordinate daily Supply Chain (regular and exceptional) activities between customers and Firmenich
  • To understand customers Supply Chain model and propose continuous improvement.
  • Provide support to Commercial and Supply Chain Projects.
  • Follow up and coordinate with shipping departments for all documents required as per customer’s instructions or letter of credits
  • Organize Visit for major clients with adequate business review, performance review and inventory of existing consignment stock.
  • Solve customer  supply chain issues to ease deliveries requirements

  • Computer literacy (fluent in Excel, Word, Power Point, SAP)
  • Commercial and/or Supply Chain studies preferred
  • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationship with clients (mainly back office)
  • Team player, able to work with many different functions and people
  • Organization and rigor
  • Ability to work under pressure
