Shape the corporate narrative and craft copy that effectively communicates the brand's message. This position is responsible for creating compelling written content for various corporate publications and communications channels. The position plays a pivotal role in shaping the editorial direction and ensuring consistent delivery of engaging, high-quality corporate messaging.

Your key responsibilities
- Shape the corporate messaging and editorial direction strategies for audience engagement and ensure the newsroom is responsive to audience needs and feedback
- Develop and implement editorial strategies to deliver timely, relevant and engaging news content
- Write and edit copy for a variety of corporate publications such as the annual review, website content, brand awareness campaigns, press releases and social media posts
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence of the corporate tone of voice
- Work closely with the entire Corporate Communications team, providing proof-reading and fostering a culture of journalistic excellence

You bring
- An academic degree in Journalism or Communications
- Experience in editorial strategies and shaping the corporate narrative
- Knowledge of state-of-the-art brand messaging, with experience in digital activation
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh and engaging contend ideas
- Ability to translate complex information into engaging and compelling stories
Important notes
This job title is temporary and will be adjusted once the job grading structure for the new Group will be adopted (covering among others: grades’ design, job evaluations, calibration, and job titles’ nomenclature). Until these adjustments are finalized, current compensation packages will be grandfathered for those whose new position turns out to be graded lower than their current position. This temporary period will last not more than 24 months for the legacy DSM Executives or legacy FIR SLT members, and not more than 12-18 months for all other employees from the moment the candidate moves into their new position.
