Maintenance & Reliability Manager

Location: Genève, Switzerland

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manages the performance of the maintenance operative function including Planning, Scheduling and Spare parts stock management,
• Leads the change toward a reliability and value driven maintenance organization,
• Implements and develops the different preventive maintenance and root cause failure analysis methods as well as the use of Predictive technologies,
• Ensures that all manufacturing equipment’s and installations perform predictably in order to allow the highest productivity output at the most optimum cost,
• Ensures the compliance of all assets and services regarding safety & quality standards as well as all regulatory or industrial legal requirements.

We Value:

• Engineering degree or equivalent + post-degree related with Reliability, Maintenance Engineering or Assets’ management,
• Minimum 10 years' experience with 5 years of Management / team leadership in Food grade processes environment or similar,
• Consolidated experience in Maintenance & Reliability Management techniques as well as in  troubleshooting process & Utilities’ equipment’s,
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, project and people management skills,
• Advanced user of CMMS SAP PM or similar, advanced user of Office pack particularly Excel,
• Fluent French and English.
