Develop, drive and own the dsm-firmenich Digital communications landscape and Brand management. This leadership position is responsible for developing and leveraging digital communications channels, capabilities and as well as further building and driving brand consistency across the entire organization. The position plays a pivotal role in enhancing brand awareness, reputation and stakeholder engagement on a global scale.

Your key responsibilities
- Develop and drive the Digital & Brand strategy & roadmap, goals and KPIs
- Create, roll-out and protect a new Digital presence that matters and supports the Group’s reputation, strategy and internal and external engagement
- Advise on and execute stakeholder-centric digital campaigns targeted at society at large (e.g. governments, NGOs), investors, (future) employees and Customers (C-Suite).
- Create awareness in the business on trends & developments in digital communications
- Act as a brand guardian and own the brand center
- Enhance digital capability building in the CC team
- Build and develop a high performing Digital & Brand team

You bring
- An academic degree with a broad, global business view
- Knowledgeable about dsm-firmenich businesses
- 10+ years’ experience leading and driving digital business processes and activities
- 15+ years’ experience in, or strong affinity with, Marketing, either within an agency or in company
- Knowledge of state-of-the-art brand building techniques, with experience in digital activation
Important notes
This job title is temporary and will be adjusted once the job grading structure for the new Group will be adopted (covering among others: grades’ design, job evaluations, calibration, and job titles’ nomenclature). Until these adjustments are finalized, current compensation packages will be grandfathered for those whose new position turns out to be graded lower than their current position. This temporary period will last not more than 24 months for the legacy DSM Executives or legacy FIR SLT members, and not more than 12-18 months for all other employees from the moment the candidate moves into their new position.
