HR Director Talent,Recruitment,Project MGT

 

 

Location: Geneva, Switzerland

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Talent Acquisition
 

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop specific divisional recruitment strategy, role’s future competencies and select the most effective sourcing channels
  • Participate actively in the design and implementation of various insightful strategic projects linked to talent sourcing, future of jobs, company ambassadorship and partnership with best in class universities
  • Identifies and utilizes relevant sources for candidate attraction such as job boards, job events, Talent Scouts, database utilization, talent pooling, social media, headhunting & networking
  • Facilitate the relationship between candidates and the company through the entire recruitment process from application to onboarding in the affiliate


Project Management
 

  • Drive, organize and be an active member of our Headquarter Leadership Team, Permitting team, Compliance team, Crisis management team, HR process owner for ISO certification, Internal auditor, Be The Change Project Leader in Geneva
  • Drive innovation, creativity and make project delivery in the region both effective and efficient
  • Manages all Geneva operational projects such as (but not limited to) regional suppliers management, tools or processes enhancements, Talent projects management
  • Encourages the identification of risks and issues and ensure that these are assessed and appropriately managed


Talent

 

  • Develop the Talent strategy of our Headquarter to ensure performance management and leadership capability building, as key differentiators
  • Lead implementation of Talent projects for Geneva such as Talent Assessment Programs, psychometrics to improve the capability of Managers and Leaders
  • Identifies and report on training needs, delivery and evaluation of training programs and tools
  • Ensures quality career discussions by leveraging CoE Talent developed materials.
  • In line with the Company strategy, define the course planning for the year according to the budget given to the affiliate and the business needs
  • Supports the global talent development programs and lead the talent activities in the affiliate in line with global roadmap


We value:
 

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Economics, HR, Finance or other related fields
  • At least 10 years’ successful experience in recruitment and talent development strategy 
  • Proven resourcing/talent acquisition skills (end-to-end) from line manager briefings and search strategies to offer management in an international corporate environment
  • Deep knowledge and passion in various high-value roles mainly in the domain of R&D, Sales, Creation, Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain and Enabler
  • Proven track record of effective project management leadership and of being able to effectively utilize social media and internet searches to source unsolicited candidates
  • Be a true expert in proactively encompassing technology, trends, market news, projects, strategy and company’s recruitment needs
  • Digitally Savvy with knowledge of tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and SAP Success Factor
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, presentation) in English and French and exceptional interpersonal skills
