Create and maintain a consistent visual identity for the corporate brand. This position is responsible to ensure sure high quality of visual material and content. The position is responsible to develop and manage the visual aspects of the brand, ensuring that it remains cohesive. The position plays a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s image through creative design solutions and ensuring that all visual elements align with brand guidelines.

Your key responsibilities
- Create and maintain visual elements that define the brand, including templates and application of brand guidelines for special requests
- Act as gate keeper and custodian of the visual brand, ensuring that all design work adheres to the brand’s visual guidelines
- Develop innovative design concepts and solutions that reinforce the brand’s identity and messaging.
- Collaborate with the brand team and manage helpdesk requests on visual identity
- Produce design assets for a variety of brand-related materials, such as packaging, marketing collateral, websites, social media platforms and digital campaigns, signage and ads
- Prepare print-ready files and collaborate with print vendors to ensure brand standards

You bring
- Bachelor’s in graphic design, visual communication or related field
- Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in corporate brand guidelines and visual identity
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory and brand consistency
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh and engaging visual content and material
- Adaptability to work on various design projects and meet tight deadlines
Important notes
This job title is temporary and will be adjusted once the job grading structure for the new Group will be adopted (covering among others: grades’ design, job evaluations, calibration, and job titles’ nomenclature). Until these adjustments are finalized, current compensation packages will be grandfathered for those whose new position turns out to be graded lower than their current position. This temporary period will last not more than 24 months for the legacy DSM Executives or legacy FIR SLT members, and not more than 12-18 months for all other employees from the moment the candidate moves into their new position.
