Facility Manager - Services & User Experience

Key Responsibilities:

For our 3 sites in Geneva, La Plaine, La Jonction and Meyrin.

  • Monitor and manage local soft services as : soft mobility, storage management, cars leasing contracts, archives, waste management, reception, cleaning, etc.
  • Build a strong relation with colleagues, providers and stakeholders in order to deliver the first class services in the new HQ Campus and leverage the global User Experience.
  • Manage users’ feedback and propose new concepts following feedback analysis, requests, needs and trend in order to improve User Experience
  • Coordination of in-house events : coordination of logistics following the team requests and needs for events host in our sites in Switzerland
  • Manage internal communication related to soft services.
  • Integrate digital orientation in all above aspects.


We value:

  • At Least 2-3 years of experience in hotel management sector, client services sector or in a Family office
  • Service and solution oriented with attention to details
  • Enthusiastic person who like new challenges and has positive curiosity especially in all new technologies
  • Good communicator in oral and written with interpersonal skills agility
  • Proactive, solution oriented and strong team spirit
  • Fluent in English and French
