This position is based in Geneva, in our Sweet Goods European expertise Center. We count renowned creators among us but also applications and food science experts, sensory & consumer insights, as well several corporate and global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Create winning taste & flavor solutions supporting our customers new developments, following proper current regulations of the industry, customer and consumer needs.

• Provide high quality technical support to selected external customers as needed, by working with Sales, technical, Business Unit multidisciplinary teams in order to maintain relationships with our customers and participate in a team-selling approach. Nurture productive customer relationship
• Collaborate closely with application, marketing, portfolio, pricing, consumer insights and identify creative opportunities to create innovative and consumer preferred tastes.
• Proactively evaluate new raw materials and new technologies and assess potential for future usage in new creations. Support on Tonality expertise programs by delivering state of the art solutions
• Support Quality Control and Operations in scaling up new formulations, and trouble-shooting potential quality issues.

We value:

• BS degree in Food Technology & Food Science, Chemistry or Biology
• Min 5 years of experience as FLAVORIST in creating winning Flavors and Taste solutions for Dairy, Hot Drinks and overall Sweet Goods applications,
• Ability to embrace rapid technological changes and usage of intelligent creative IT tools
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize work
• Ability to work independently, curiosity to learn and autonomously with minimal supervision
• Ability to travel when needed and support on customer presentation and trainings
• Very good communication and presentation skills. Ability to create compelling stories about our solutions
• Leadership and strong project management skills (planification, communication, time management)
• Fluent in English, additional languages highly desirable
