Job Title: Corporate Communications Intern

Location: Satigny, Genève, Switzerland

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Communications

• Internal communications postings (supporting our Communications Coordinator)
• Updates to local Firmenich Geneva news page
• Assist on updates on intranet pages (jive software) & documents - creation of new pages as needed
• Support Monthly Media Monitoring Report
• Support various communication projects

CEO Communications Support

• Updates to CEO blog
• Support on CEO presentations & materials
• Support on CEO video shoots

Social Media Community Management & Metrics:

• Social Media Community Management:
  • Monitoring
  • Drafting responses & updating FAQ
• Basic Social Media content creation
  • (IG stories & other formats)
• Assist on brand ambassador social training
• Social Media Tracking
• Social Media Content Archiving

This internship offer is made as part of a current curriculum and we will accept only students who can provide a valid training convention with their school.

We will not accept any offer from students who have completed their studies
and are looking for a first work experience.

We value:

• Fluency in English and French, both written and oral
• Strong knowledge and interest in social media content & platforms
• Good communication skills, ability to interact with any level of the hierarchy and in a multi-cultural environment
• Proficient with office tools, Photo & video editing skills are a plus (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc) as well as ready to learn Firmenich specific ones
• Sense of organization, rigor & ability to analyze varied source of info, and ability to take initiative and work with autonomy
