Sr HR Manager - Global Benefits & Diversity

 

Location: Geneva, Switzerland

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead Swiss Pension Fund projects such as sustainable investments, real estate, digitalization and actuarial review
  • Manage our International Pension Plan and advise and resolve complex and international cases 
  • You ensure our Global Insured Benefits & Pension schemes are managed in alignment with our philosophy. Lead related projects such as Wellbeing, optimize the financing of insured benefits and monitor data collection and analytics
  • Lead Diversity & Belonging (D&B) projects, employee engagement initiatives to foster a sense of belonging across the organization
  • Partner actively with Talent and Rewards & Mobility CoEs to integrate D&B lens across all programs and with HR Operations team to develop metrics and dashboard
  • Develop communication and marketing materials to support our projects and organize and coordinate global engagement events


We value:
 

  • Must have at least 5 years of successful professional experience in HR Rewards activities such as Benefits and Pension and a strong interest in Ethics, Diversity and Equality.
  • HR experience preferably in a reputed global organization and excellent Project management skills in a matrix organization
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and manage stakeholders, provide solutions, be persuasive, with great listening and collaboration skills
  • High level of English and French
  • At ease with IT tools and software (SAP HR, MS Office 365, Wave, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree required: HR, Business, Communication or similar field of study with a strong interest in Ethics, Diversity and Equality.
