Senior Account Manager - Perfumery


Location: Mexico City.

The professional will be responsible for the business success, by ensuring pro-active plans are in place to support future according to objectives, by establishing Firmenich as the clients’ key partner, winning projects, and selling profitably.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of the business, by an efficient project management to deliver high win rate and risk management
  • Identify business opportunities, decision factors and success criteria and define action plan accordingly;
  • Anticipate clients’ needs and lead proactive projects to generate new business opportunities;
  • Lead Global projects establishing  resources, own & manage timelines
  •  Define accurate pricing and margin parameters for each project, according to guidelines, and enter properly all project;
  • Lead contact for  Fragrance Development Leaders (FDLs):
  • Ensure transparent and effective communication for solutions across different departments, marketing, Consumer Insights & technical, procurement and supply chain.

  • Minimum of  5 years of sales experience, sales/marketing
  • Good team player, seen as a strong partner by the development teams involved in clients’ projects
  • Solid experience in managing project across the value chain (Service level agreements, supply chain projects)
  • Business acumen (pricing, sales & profitability, expenses, client overdue...)
  • Integrity, passionate & desire for customer intimacy building
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent English.
