Junior Flavor Technologist


  • Degree in food/beverage technology or food science
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in the flavor application area
  • Understanding of the commercial needs of the brief, the value and price criteria
  • Capable of handling multiple projects in a methodical manner, within short deadlines
  • Good communicator with a team spirit and service orientated mind-set


  • Select and evaluate the right flavor solution in compliance with legal, costs, clients & applications requirements
  • Develop new foods/Sweet Goods (Dairy, Bakery & Confectionary) formulations based on industrial standards and country specific requirements
  • Conduct necessary stability test of flavors in customer products
  • Maintain documentation around product development
  • Support projects from other areas, Beverages and Savoury
  • Develop new foods concepts which reflect the creative part of the work
  • Technical contact for certain key clients/categories
  • Visit clients, supporting sales or marketing team
  • Secure and lead on the project execution including cross functional teams
