Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Actively participate in development of Medium to Long-term Marketing Strategy:

  • Developing Flavour 3-Year Business Plan every budget period of each FY
  • Yearly Strategic Planning
  • Yearly Flavours Budget preparation


Provide local Market intelligence:

  • Collate & update market information about the Phil. Beverage & Food industry
  • Circulate interesting & relevant news clippings, magazine publications, advertising materials amongst the team members
  • Attend & represent the company in relevant marketing seminars & conferences
  • To do regular supermarket & trade visits
  • To be updated in new product launches & purchase samples for tasting
  • Regularly maintain the Flavour marketing library (samples, brochures, data files)


Increase Market Share through active participation in Projects:

  • Explore & promote new product concepts with Account Managers
  • Participate in prototype development with FDM, ACMs and applicationists
  • Provide appropriate presentation  materials/ brochures
  • Conduct client presentations with ACMs when necessary
  • Coordinate Market Research activities with MR team
  • Establish contacts with key marketing people among clients
  • Participate in regular internal tasting/sensory evaluations


Liaise with Marketing counterparts in Firmenich affiliates:

  • Assist with market sample requests from other countries
  • Be the contact person for any Flavour marketing related activities
  • Help cross fertilize global market trends for local market


We value:

  • More than 5 years of experience in B2B Marketing. A technical background is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline
  • Strong business acumen and an ability to think strategically
  • Regional experience preferred
