Commercial Assistant

Location: Brussels, Belgium (External facility on the Perfumery global account premises)

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Be accountable for  the day-to-day of the premises, including dealing with external and internal visitors, suppliers, the relationship with Perfumery global account and Firmenich GWS in order to ensure perfect working conditions, mailing in and out
  • Support and facilitate olfactive evaluations by working closely with the evaluation and commercial teams, manipulate samples, do washing following instructions and protocols
  • Provide local support on any project activities, in coordination with commercial teams
  • Support and coordinate the legal processes for the GBU globally, by helping commercial teams to collect signatures and archiving documents according to internal guidelines
  • Assist the GBU Head in the coordination of  travel arrangements, travel & expenses when necessary, setting up appointments with client, managing customer contact information (globally), agenda management

  • Previous experience as an executive assistant/ sales support/ customer care experience in a corporate environment
  • A strong work ethic and self-motivation with a positive attitude, sense of empathy to others, willing and happy to give support
  • Customer centric attitude, able to work independently and to handle sensitive/confidential information
  • Willingness to work in relative isolation
  • Detail-oriented and good communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • French and English mandatory
