HR Trainee
Mission
Being part of an engaged and innovative HR team and work closely with HR Senior Manager and HR Business partners, providing you with various missions to give you a 360° view on HR tasks.
Activities
• Participate to the ongoing and new HR projects
• Work actively to develop the Young Talent Pipeline across all divisions;
• Accompany the HR Business Partner in the recruitment process (post, screening, interview, follow-up)
• Actively search for training providers and participate in the launch of the skills development journey;
• Support, give and be part of the training when appropriate;
• Develop an attractive HR internal communication;
• Support the team in diverse administrative tasks;
