HR Business Partner

Location: Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium


Key Responsibilities:

  • Is responsible for establishing and maintaining HR partnership with all employees and with the relevant Business & Division Management Team Members in order to build employee engagement;
  • Strengthens the organization through talent planning activities, including but not limited to workforce planning, succession planning and potential and development management;
  • Leads key HR activities as Talent and Retention management, Onboarding program, Performance Management, etc. with the goal of providing an employee-oriented and high performance culture;
  • Supports or participates in Trade Unions management;
  • Maintains knowledge of current legal and regulatory requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring compliance;
  • Works on Belong culture in the affiliate and acts as a role model;
  • Support some HR administration process (invoices management, contract management…).


We value:

  • Min. 3 years as experience in a HR Business Partner role. A first experience on factory site is an asset.
  • Fluent French and have a good command of English.
  • Good HR knowledge in different fields: recruitment, talent management, Belgian social legislation, performance management etc.
  • Ability to manage priorities and to deliver results within short deadlines;
  • Effective communication with all levels of employees and ability to foster teamwork;
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions and/or recommendations.
