Senior Account Manager - Perfumery


Location: London, United Kingdom


Key Responsibilities: 


  • Define global liquid Fabric Solutions account objectives, develop strategy, implement through account plan and manage execution for Fabric Solutions in Europe 
  • Develop successful working relationship with (new and existing) clients across all levels of customer organization, influencing their choice of suppliers and establish Firmenich as key partner to obtain briefs for profitable business
  • Identify business opportunities, decision factors and success criterias and define action plan accordingly
  • Get and anticipate clear and complete briefing/opportunities from clients, translate their needs into Firmenich projects and brief creation and development teams
  • Lead/coordinate projects with internal partners and with clients (including fragrance/flavor/ingredient submissions), incl financial aspects such as market research
  • Oversees entire product life cycle and build the account sales budget annually
