Project Manager

Full time, Permanent, 37.5 hours a week

Location: Southall, Middlesex, UK

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversee key processes within the sales organization: break assignment into tasks, identify resources needed to complete the task efficiently and successfully, monitor and ensure good execution (project management, pricing, pre and post sales commercial activities)
  • Enter projects and following through to ensure internal and client submission deadlines are met in a timely manner.
  • To learn and master company systems to support internal & client requests.
  • Support the Global account directors/managers
  • Project manage to be able to cover absences when necessary.
  • Support with day to day client requests such as ordering oil samples and safety documentation and other ad hoc requests.
  • Ensure fragrance product catalogue is up to date by liaising with internal key stakeholders.
  • Develop timelines and milestones for initiatives and projects and monitor their completion
  • Analyse data and run reports, propose course of action
  • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationship with clients (mainly remotely) and with all functions internally

  • Good level of education
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a business junior or support role.  In depth knowledge and usage of sales and development working processes and rules
  • Experience of working for a commercial, fast-moving organization. Good understanding of the business and of the sales mission and roles
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal and team working skills.
  • Able to work of their own initiative and is flexible within a working environment.
  • Advanced PC skills in Windows environment (incl. PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail.
