Sales Project Coordinator

Location: Southall, Middlesex, UK

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

•    Using our systems to enter projects and proactively follow through to ensure internal and client submission deadlines are met in a timely manner.
•    To learn and master company systems to support internal & client requests.
•    Support the Global account directors/managers and Senior Project Managers.
•    To learn all aspects of project management to be able to cover absences when necessary.
•    Ability to develop and maintain good working relationship with clients and with all functions internally
•    Support with day to day client requests such as ordering oil samples and safety documentation and other ad hoc requests.
•    To ensure fragrance product catalogue is up to date by liaising with internal key stakeholders.

 

We Value:
 

•    Administration experience, ideally in a support role. Experience of working for a commercial, fast-moving organization.
•    Excellent communication/interpersonal and team working skills.
•    Able to work of their own initiative and is flexible within a working environment.
•    Advanced PC skills in Windows environment (incl. PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
•    A high level of numeracy with excellent attention to detail.
