Key Responsibilities:


•    To manage efficiently the panels by planning and coordinating recruitment and screening of new panelists and by initiating appropriate performance feedback sessions and training programs.
•    To manage and deliver internal sensory studies by recommending and applying appropriate methodologies to meet objectives, analysing, interpreting, reporting and presenting the results to the team. 
•    To support sensory scientists with the delivery of sensory projects and by working closely with our descriptive panel by preparing and leading panel sessions.
•    To manage and ensure the optimum working of sensory facilities (booths, labs, computers/softwares, databases etc) and appropriate supply of any materials used.
•    To work closely with Firlon Sensory Team to ensure good coordination of projects so that all sensory duties and responsibilities are completed in a professional and timely manner.
•    To support the Sensory team in preparing samples and in running sensory evaluation. 
•    To support development of new methodologies and protocols.



We Value:


•    Sensory background with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field with a Sensory/Consumer Science focus.
•    1-3 years’ experience in sensory technique and panel management role
•    Professional English
•    Excellent planning, organisational and presentation skills
•    Excellent team working skills
•    Good statistical knowledge and computer skills
