Global Category Director
Location: UK, London Southall
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned client category
- Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand fragrance portfolio
- Drive Firmenich as clients’ key partner by managing successfully all client interactions, and obtaining potential clients’ briefs
- Ability to effectively identify customer needs and match with relevant Firmenich capabilities
- Identify new business opportunities, decision factors, success criteria and define action plans accordingly
- Build extensive relationships throughout customers organization’s within R&D, sales, procurement and marketing
- Drive projects internally and externally taking sole accountability
