Global Category Director

Location: UK, London Southall  

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned client category
  • Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand fragrance portfolio
  • Drive Firmenich as clients’ key partner by managing successfully all client interactions, and obtaining potential clients’ briefs
  • Ability to effectively identify customer needs and match with relevant Firmenich capabilities  
  • Identify new business opportunities, decision factors, success criteria and define action plans accordingly
  • Build extensive relationships throughout customers organization’s within R&D, sales, procurement and marketing
  • Drive projects internally and externally taking sole accountability
