Fragrance Development Manager
Location: Southall, London, UK (on-site role)
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively manage the Fragrance Development process for client briefs
• Collaborate with Perfumers, Technical, Marketing, and Sales to deliver the best solutions for our clients
• Deliver winning fragrance themes that answer our client's expectations
• Participate and contribute to team evaluations and expert panels across categories
• Maintain in-depth market knowledge, to identify olfactive trends and opportunities that can be turned into concrete client solutions
• Be the ‘go to’ Development Partner with Sales. Co-creating fragrance strategies, sound boarding ideas and nurturing client relationships
We value:
• Your Education: you will have a University degree in marketing, chemistry, social sciences, or any other related field
• Experience: you will have 2 years or more experience in Fragrance Development, ideally within consumer fragrances
• Your Olfactory skills: you will have a high level of interest in and the ability to recognise, and differentiate odours and market products
• Your knowledge: you will ideally have product, category, and consumer trend knowledge and experience working in an international fast moving consumer goods environment
• Your skills: you will have strong communication, organization and project management skills
• Geographical mobility: you must be able to commit to occasional travel
