The Quality Manager of Virtual Site-P&B is responsible for the Quality Assurance of all Strategic Partner Products under P&B. This includes the set up and maintenance of all Quality aspects to ensure a smooth and compliant supply chain including supplier qualification, batch releases, generation of Certificate of Analyses and the entire product documentation.
The current P&B SPP portfolio (i.e. legacy DNP Personal Care and Aroma -PCA) includes around 85 products from 30 suppliers, and the portfolio continues to grow in line with the P&B growth ambitions

Your key responsibilities
- Communicate Group and BU Quality initiatives, implement at VS-P&B, Contribute and provide input for BU Quality initiatives.
- Set up and maintain Quality Agreements with suppliers to ensure an appropriate GMP level and other process related requirements (e.g. Manufacturing requirements). Set up and maintain Quality Assurance System for P&B 3PM products.
- Supplier qualification in alignment with Purchasing and Marketing functions. Compile and evaluate supplier qualification documents. Organise supplier audits; approve, disapprove and develop supplier according to audits outcome.
- Lead Terminburo function to upload product releasing data for SPP products of P&B, ANH and HNC. Coordinate with STTQ team Sisseln, for LIMS configuration to ensure batch release process and the generation of Certificate of Analyses for products
- Set up and maintain product risk assessments. Establish and maintain skip lot testing schemes based on statistical evaluation, product risk exposures and supplier qualified status.
- Investigate Customer Complaints in alignment with suppliers, initiate Corrective and Preventive actions at dsm-firmenich and/or on suppliers side.

You bring
- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences
- People management experience is a plus.
