Senior Marketing Growth Category Manager: Dairy and Dairy analogues

Location: Kerpen, Germany – or optional Paris, France

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, Build and Deploy Category Strategy for Dairy and Dairy Analogues in Europe

  • Identify and build targets for growth, monitor progress and define continuous adjustments

  • Identify new business opportunities and models

  • Build Innovation pipeline and deploy associated marketing tools

  • Co-Drive and Co-Deliver answers to strategic briefs

  • Anticipate client needs


We value:

  • 10 to 15 years’ experience in Business Development and/or Marketing with strong knowledge of dairy and dairy analogues business
  • Bachelor degree in business and/or marketing
  • Professional English, German and/or French not mandatory but could be a plus
  • Business acumen with analytical and strategic mindset
  • Strong cross-functional partnering and communication skills and a hands on & can-do attitude mindset
  • Technical knowledge of dairy and dairy analogues ingredients highly appreciated
