Sales Account Manager Campus BU

Location: Cologne, Germany

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • 100% Focus on Sales
  • Develop long-term profitable and sustainable business for our ingredients with the largest companies in DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) and Central Europe
  • Direct report to the Sales Director Europe
  • Prepare and keep updated the yearly budget for each customer
  • Regular visits to the target customers
  • Arrange regular visits of Campus’ Technical Expert to the customers
  • Keep regular contact with Campus’ R&D Department for the products
  • Arrange visits at Campus’ in order to run technical tests, seminars and customer visits
  • Keep Campus updated on technical information, recipes and projects
  • Perform competition analysis
  • Provide ideas and input to advance Campus’ products portfolio to increase market share

  • German Mother-tongue
  • Excellent command of English
  • Ideally a Food / Meat Technologist Degree
  • Several years of experience in manufacturing industries (especially meat) and proven skills in meat technologies and ingredients application
  • Solid experience and proven track record in Sales
  • Drive for results, with competitive mindset
  • Self-motivated team player
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to define business opportunities, set priorities and translate tactics/strategy into actions
