SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

Profile


We are looking for a dynamic individual to further drive and develop our Taste & Beyond business at targeted Key Accounts in the Dairy and Dairy Analogue segment. 
As an agile and experienced sales leader, you have the ability to drive profitable sales growth, flexibly manage, communicate and inspire at all levels externally as well as internally. 

 

Key Responsibilities


•    Drive and hunt for profitable revenue growth with existing and new clients
•    Develop, implement and drive a comprehensive Business & Account Plan including a clear deployment strategy, long term sales goals, profitability improvement and strategic innovation initiatives
•    Develop and nurture effective and productive client relationships to deliver mutual success through partnership
•    Collaborate with product development, marketing and consumer insights to build deep consumer intelligence 
•    Collaborate with demand planning, customer care and supply chain to ensure high level of service to clients and define accurate pricing and margin parameters for each project
•    Deploy Firmenich’s Innovation Programs and establish a solid proactive program to generate new business opportunities
•    Drive proactivity and build a strong project pipeline with high conversion of new opportunities
•    Lead core list negotiations and win new partners for the future
