HR Business Partner

 

Location: Cologne, Germany

 

Key Responsbilities:         

 

  • Participation in implementation of regional and local HR strategies
  • Act with an advisory role for the HR employee cycle (hiring, personnel development including career and succession planning until leaving
  • Contact person regarding HR Compensation & Benefits focusing on continuous process improvement in compensation systems, processes and procedures
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining HR partnership with employees, works council and business and management team members
  • Responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating of company collective agreements
  • Ensure compliance with all regional/local employment laws as well as company culture & values, our company code of ethics and business conduct

 


We value:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in labor relations, business administration, economics with human resources specialization
  • Around 5 years of related experience as HR Business Partner within a multinational company
  • Experience in driving process improvements
  • Strong interpersonal skills necessary to communicate at several levels of internal management
  • Professional German and English, both written and verbal
  • Capability for business travel
