Your key responsibilities
- Develop client & internal network and drive business vitality including winning new projects in key client category Body Care
- Develop successful working relationship with the client, establish Firmenich as key partner to obtain briefs for profitable business.
- Establish Firmenich as a strong strategic solution provider
- Monitor client satisfaction and initiate corrective action where needed
- Build and deploy cross category portfolio strategy for large existing client portfolio
- Get clear and complete briefing from clients, translate their needs into Firmenich projects; brief creation and development teams
- Anticipate clients’ needs and lead proactive projects and presentations to generate new business opportunities
- Define accurate pricing and margin parameters for each project, according to guidelines, and enter properly all project
- Lead/coordinate projects with internal partners and with clients
- Manage products life cycle with demand planning, customer care and supply chain to ensure high level of service to clients and good working practices for Firmenich (such as good forecasts)
- Monitor sales and profitability versus objectives
- Lead projects with multi-regional teams and internal partners (both pro-active and re-active)

You bring
- 2-5 years of Sales or Account Manager Experience
- Strong drive for results
- Experience in the Fragrance Industry
- Good communication skills
- Good marketing skills
- Professional level of English
- Business and finance acumen
- Good building client relationships
