Sales Account Manager

This function will  be reporting to the Indonesia Commercial Director and this role is focused on Perfumery division and it will  be based at Firmenich office at Tanah Abang.


Key Responsibilities:

•             Responsible to grow rising stars client, propose and drive the growth of more medium to smaller customers

•             Routine engagement with all local clients

•             Responsible to deliver sales growth and margin target in Indonesia

•             Work with regional office on Innovation Plan and potentials, adoption rate and growth ambition for local clients

•             Define account / segment needs, targets, priorities to win business

•             Work closely with regional Marketing and Consumer Insight team to develop the  Indonesian market even better


We value:

•             Bachelor or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Business, Engineering with 5-7  years working experience in B2B sales.

•             Good understanding of Perfumery house industry

•             Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

•             Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

•             Commercially savvy with good negotiation skill – ability to ‘close the deal’

•             Keen ability to identify and communicate local country market, and consumer trends.

•             Positive work attitude, Self-Starter, Result Oriented, Entrepreneurial and able to work independently and or in a team

•             Excellent  interpersonal  skills , integrity, agility, resilience and having  the  ability  to  communicate  at  all  levels
