MARKETING MANAGER FRAGRANCE DIVISION ID

This function will  be reporting to the Market and Consumer Regional Director and will  be based at Firmenich office at Tanah Abang.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

STRATEGIC

  • Active contribution to grow the business and profitability of Indonesia Perfumery Division through marketing tactics & strategies for categories of responsibilities.
  • Identify new market opportunities and translate them into meaningful solutions.
  • Develop and manage local marketing and category strategies, including specific proactive themes.
  • Be the marketing expert for country-specific discussions with clients, and internally, be the first point of contact for specific questions on categories of responsibilities.
  • Ensure marketing alignment and communication with regional and global, category, consumer insights and commercial teams.

 

OPERATIONAL

  • Lead the local implementation of regional & global marketing activities in line with category, commercial strategies and objectives.
  • Lead updates and upgrades of local marketing tools and ensure they are aligned within the global marketing tools.
  • Build effective partnerships with segment and category team, development, sales, perfumers, technical & technology teams.
  • Engage and inspire the local and regional marketing teams and the larger category and sales communities by championing the sharing of market intelligence, key insights and best practices
  • Foster the diligent usage of knowledge management standard processes and tools (local/regional digital platforms) within the region.
  • Ensure proprietary Marketing tools are marketed and branded effectively within the region.
  • Participate in regional marketing and segment meetings by representing the country.
