Senior Sales Assistant

Location: Istanbul ,TURKEY

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a good & continuous support to Perfumery commercial team in client management. Take care of day to day client requests and collaborate with Customer Care to ensure client satisfaction
  • Provide a strong project follow up both for internal and external customers by being responsible from  key stages of  pre & post sales activities ,work in a smooth cooperation with technical, marketing and development teams. Sales analysis and reports
  • Handle customer project administration: enter and follow up in project management tool according to established rules. File and maintain all commercial documents, including contracts and agreements
  • Coordinate activities with other functions involved, including sampling for clients
  • Create and maintain new product introductions and discontinuation information in SAP
  • Initiate and plan international meetings, prepare presentations and info files for the management and external audiences

  • 3 to 5 year experience in the commercial, sales or assistant experience. In depth knowledge and usage of sales working processes and rules
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. English Fluency both in writing& speaking
  • Business Acumen - good understanding of the business and of the sales mission and roles
  • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationship with clients (mainly back office)
  • Organization and rigor, good analytical skills
  • Problem solver profile who can adapt to changes quickly, team player and strong communication skills
