Senior Perfumery Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a regional account plan, in line with global account strategy and customer needs at regional level, to generate profitable and sustainable growth and be recognized for the added value that we bring to our customer.
  • The role will be located in Istanbul and  requires travel between Turkey and neighborhood countries
  • Nurture and maintain a strong customer relationship across multiple stakeholders
  • Understand Firmenich value, customer needs (including new coming trends), competitive landscape and business potential
  • Creating and executing a regional account plan that clearly contributes to the achievement and execution of the global strategy
  • Identify business opportunities (proactively or reactively through client’s brief) understand success factors and work effectively with all internal partners to implement winning action plan
  • Understand cost structure ,competitive landscape to define the strategy for new business, in alignment with global strategy
  • Efficiently communicate with all internal partners: product life cycle management, demand planning, customer care and supply chain to ensure highest customer satisfaction and maximum value extraction


We value:

  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience preferably in PERFUMERY Sales or in any other respective industry which works with B2B approach
  • 4 year university degree.  Strongly preferred in the following discipline (Engineering in Chemistry or Business)
  • Ability to drive for results, with a competitive mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated team player
  • Save in technical conversations, experience in Perfumery being an asset
  • Ability to identify and create business opportunities, set priorities and translate into actions
  • Persistent and determined with a proactive approach
  • Fluent in English
