Your Key Responsibilities:
DRIVE PROACTIVE CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT
- Be aware of the latest trends, technologies and contemporary social media platforms, as well as have a deep understanding of our fragrance development process in order to develop winning perfumes and strategies for your clients.
BE THE REGIONAL EXPERT OF THE CATEGORY
Define & implement the category marketing strategy for the region:
- Collaborate with marketing global lead & adapt the global category strategy to the region
- Trends & Market reviews
- Deep knowledge of consumer needs & insights, locally relevant
- Create Business opportunities: Provide in-depth category understanding, identifying gaps, potentials for growth, and olfactive opportunities to develop the category business.
- Support sales team to build high qualitative presentation for clients: work on multiple projects; simultaneously, using data-led insights to create a compelling fragrance story for clients, presenting recommendations in a convincing, engaging and inspiring way.
- Implement communication plan with a strong digital footprint, fully leveraging our Firmenich Studio

You bring
- Min 3 years of marketing experience in ideally Fragrance or FMCG (experience in innovation and digital are a plus)
- Exposure to or passion for product and fragrance; scent-involvement inclination
- Can do attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multi-cultural environment, managing multiple competing priorities and handling several projects simultaneously
- Excellent creativity, ideation and communication skills · Digitally savvy, focusing on omni-channel campaigns
- Fluent in English, a 2nd language is a plus.
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (Video production is a plus)
