Commercial Assistant


Location: Istanbul, Turkey


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support account managers to reach objectives in the frame of defined strategies
  • Handle customer projects and build strong customer relationships
  • Ensure constant update of all commercial data 
  • Order samples and control via SAP
  • Prepare, coordinate and control price offers
  • Enter customer briefings into the project management system, follow-up on projects
  • Handle customer  requests in cooperation with other functions on national and international level, e.g. application, customer care, quality management, product development 
  • Prepare customer visits – put up presentations incl. analysis of sales data
  • Support the account team in leading projects


We value:


  • Bachelor degree or equivalent 
  • 3 years´ of experience in similar position, preferably experience in a commercial assistant role
  • In depth knowledge and usage of sales working processes and rules (strong IT skills, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good understanding of the business and analytical approach to support the sales mission
  • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationship with clients (mainly back office) 
  • Organization and rigor
  • Good level of English and local language
