Commercial Assistant
Location: Istanbul, Turkey
Key Responsibilities:
- Support account managers to reach objectives in the frame of defined strategies
- Handle customer projects and build strong customer relationships
- Ensure constant update of all commercial data
- Order samples and control via SAP
- Prepare, coordinate and control price offers
- Enter customer briefings into the project management system, follow-up on projects
- Handle customer requests in cooperation with other functions on national and international level, e.g. application, customer care, quality management, product development
- Prepare customer visits – put up presentations incl. analysis of sales data
- Support the account team in leading projects
We value:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- 3 years´ of experience in similar position, preferably experience in a commercial assistant role
- In depth knowledge and usage of sales working processes and rules (strong IT skills, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good understanding of the business and analytical approach to support the sales mission
- Ability to develop and maintain good working relationship with clients (mainly back office)
- Organization and rigor
- Good level of English and local language
